In an effort to further promote your gymnast’s consistent progression through the sport of gymnastics, OGA allots up to 4 make-ups per year with your initial registration date serving as the expiration/renewal date.
We realize that certain times of the year may be more hectic than others for our Olympica families, so we will continue to offer summer vacation credits to help accommodate your travel plans during the months of June, July and August.
Consistent and continuous instruction is critical to progress in any learning environment for children, but especially in activities with as many skills and components as gymnastics! It is our hope that this policy will better facilitate that progress while still allowing our families the freedom and flexibility they need.
In order to be eligible to receive your make-ups, the following procedures must be followed:
You must call out prior to your class time.
All make-ups need to be completed within 30 days of the missed class.
Make-up classes may be scheduled prior to missed class, but cannot be completed until after absence.
